There are a wide range of reasons that people decide to seek therapy. You might be experiencing a general sense of dissatisfaction or feeling overwhelmed and struggling to cope. You might need to explore a complex, long-standing issue or you might need support working through a specific issue or dilemma. You may not have a clear understanding of what your difficulty is; therapy can provide a confidential and non-judgmental space in which to explore and clarify your concerns.

We will then arrange an initial consultation either by Zoom or in person (as you prefer). It is important that you find the right therapist for you, so this first meeting will be an opportunity for us to begin to work out whether and how we might work together.
The number of sessions can be fixed or we can work on an open-ended basis depending on your requirements. I work with a wide range of issues as many aspects of our lives and experience tend to overlap and interweave. It is important to for us to work at a pace that is manageable for you, I’ll check in with you often about how you’re finding our work.
