Therapy London UK
About Me
As an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, I can offer a confidential and non-judgemental space for talking therapy. My integrative approach means that I can draw on more than one established therapeutic approach including psychodynamic, humanistic and/or existential principles. I aim to provide a supportive and collaborative environment in which you can begin to gain awareness and explore your concerns at your own pace. I will endeavour to help you clarify and understand your way of living and relating to others. Through the development of self-knowledge you can hope to become the author and agent of your own life.
I have experience working with many types of issues including:
Anxiety
Bereavement
Codependency
Depression
Domestic Abuse
Emotional Disturbance
Family Conflict
Life Coaching
Life Transitions
Peer Relationships
Relationship issues
Self Esteem
Sexual Abuse
Stress
Trauma and PTSD
Women's Issues
LGBTQ+
I appreciate that choosing the right therapist is a challenging first step. Nonetheless, you know that you need to explore, understand and heal. However, it is not uncommon that you feel uncertain about exactly what you want, but you are aware that something is not working for you. What I can offer is therapy that offers the opportunity to gain clarity and better navigate your wellbeing.
I work on both a short-term and long-term basis. Short-term might be anything from 6 weeks and the period would be agreed between us once we decide to work together. Some people find it helpful to begin with a fixed period and then decide whether to continue or not.
